Extended practice on Saturday's

The extended sessions on Sat morning's have been changed to avoid clashing with other events. The next 2hr sessions will be on Sat 12 June and Sat 10 July. The sessions on 5 June and 3 July will revert to 1 Hr sessions. The management of the Heath leisure centre are to be thanked for their assistance in this change.

Beginners Class Sept

The next beginners class will start on the Tuesday 7 Sept, at the Welsh Institute of Sport just off Cathedral Rd. Start time on first night is 1930hrs and thereafter 2000-2100hrs. Runs for 6 Weeks, cost £60 which includes a new Shinai and 4 months temp membership with BKA (this includes your insurance). Age limit of 16 and 16+
