5 Nations practice

Kendoka
The 5 Nations competition will be on us soon. Information on general practice, the competition itself and practice and gi-keiko on the Sunday after competition is posted on BKA website.
Could I ask as many as possible to attend Sat practice and next Tues practice to give James a good preparation for his first 5 Nations. We will probably do a quick warm up on Sat followed by a lot of gi-keiko.
See you there. Other club members very welcome, no charge.

Sat and Sun practices.

Kendoka
As most of our Sat regulars are away at a seminar this weekend, there will be no Sat morn practice at the Heath. However, I shall be taking James' Sunday morning practice while he is away at squad training. If you can make that please come. Otherwise see you all next Tuesday at regular venue and time.

Jodo Practice Tues and Fri

Kendoka
The Jodo practice with Toshi will continue on Tuesday evening from 2000 - 2100hrs at WIS. Toshi also practices on Friday nights from 2000 - 2130 hrs at :
St John's Church Hall
Rachel Close
Danescourt, CF5 2SH
He would be happy for anyone interested to join him for practice on Friday evening.
I think I can speak for everyone who attended the first practice on Tuesday night. I enjoyed it immensely and have been trying to remember and practice the first three Kihon, Honte uchi, Gyakute Uchi, and Hiki Otoshi Uchi. I am afraid I cannot remember the name of the last one, the bokuto Strike, let me know if anyone can recall the name.
